The Retailer is responsible for return shipping costs to our warehouse in Hanau, Germany, except where the return results from an error on our part — including an incorrectly shipped item, goods damaged in transit, or goods materially not as described — in which case VAITTO bears the cost of return shipping and issues a prepaid label.
